Dec 28th 2018, 6 AM the entry in my 'messages' journal reads,
"Standing people will very important this coming year and beyond-Trees-Flowers-Plants-All- Listen and use their wisdom." 
That same day, Dec 28th, 2018 7:25 AM, My great niece Rachel sent me a message of a message she received.."Start a journal about plants, knowledge of plants will become important for medicine" and there was more...

Thus as always I find Nature amazing in what She brings from Creator as the Standing people have been very present in the newsletters, Nature Messages, directly to my niece and I, and I 'm sure many of you...Connecting to us whether directly or indirectly..Indirect through Beaver, Directly just recently Pine Tree, Red Clover...and now Burdock.

Standing People represent growth, being grounded and being connected to the Divine source and having strong roots to build upon.

At this time the moon is a waning crescent moon which indicates this is a rebuilding time, thus it makes sense  the messages the Standing People bring and this week it is Burdock, to let you know it is best at this time to stick to things that are secure, things that you know work and you know that will remain the same even through changes, things that will help you stay in place, to be nourished, grow and then bloom.

Burdock also indicates, represented by its great healing properties, that you are protected at this time as well as you are healing from a recent 'wound' or mishap. The root of the Burdock is the most important aspect of it's healing powers, thus bringing the medicine to you of a good root foundation...a foundation rooted in security and healing from great depths.

One needs security and a strong foundation to build upon and Burdock who has a deep tap roots in its first year, is here to help you stay rooted during this time of growth and the winds of change. Burdock brings the message now is not the time to move, it is best to stick with what you know is secure, until new opportunities arise in the future. 

Burdock not only offers much medicine in the form of protection through its abilities to fight inflammation, purify the blood, bringing in more oxygen to your body and protecting you from outside harm...but it also brings nourishment as the roots are edible. They are only edible in the first year of growth, indicating for you to stay rooted get fed what you need now at this time in your journey, and you will be sustained until it is the right time for you to move. For right now, digest what you are being fed, grow and build upon what you already have that is secure..then when an opportunity arises in the future you will be ready, stable and strong.

As Burdock matures, it gets a beautiful prickly purple/pink flower, indicating for you a connection to the Divine source and that of love. They bloom June through Oct. indicating for you you will see/ feel an increase in your 'connections' and or a greater opening of your Crown Chakra which will bring to you more wisdom and clarity of mind at that time. Creator says do not be impatient the time will come soon enough and right on time.

Take time on this Waning Crescent Moon and meditate on Burdock, let it show you with it's medicine what parts of your life need to be healed, then let its young tap root nourish you as you heal and grow. 

Visualize the purple flower and know this can be you and you too will have the ability to grab hold of your plan, stick to it and move on when the time is right. Opportunities you have not imagine are awaiting just for the right time to present themselves to you...get nourished, grow, trust in your connection to Creator and you will be ready.

Hawk

With Hawk medicine...
Prospective powers will increase....
Ability to hear Spirit and Creator 
become greater
Gain freedom of those thoughts and or
beliefs that limit your ability to soar.

Nature truly is amazing in how she works and how Creator uses her to sync things in life, such as last weeks messenger was Sacred Mountain, and this week the Medicine Helper is Hawk which can help you connect and soar to your Sacred Mountain, if that is the direction you are to fly at this time.

Just when you might have been wondering how would you be able to reach the Sacred Mountain with ease or if you can 'see' the Sacred Mountain but seem to have a little trouble reaching it....Enters Hawk Medicine. Amazing too, is in the past week at least 3 people have mentioned to me, they thought Hawk was bringing them a message or was speaking...and guess what. Hawk IS. 

Hawk, a messenger of visionary journeys and flying to great heights,  is a seer with a great ability of vision and she is here now to take you into the New Year with a clearer vision of where you need to go and teach you how to have a greater prospective of everything. She'll help you too, to learn the patience it takes to grasp what it is you need at any given time. For often it's the waiting that is the worst, especially if what you know you are suppose to go towards, is in sight. 

Hawk with her superior sight too see and a great wing span to soar with ease, will open you to new awareness of everything that is going on, in and around you, as well help you to develop a new level of awareness in your mind and spirit. She's letting you know its time to focus on what is ahead of you not what was, because what was will hold you back... 

Hawk is here to help you trust in your inner guidance better. She'll help you learn which of your instincts are on target and which are just your emotions.  Hawk one of the greatest hunters, who with patience gets what she is focused on eventually, is here to teach you about timing...Timing of when to swoop in or that timing of when to sit, be still and observe.   

Hawk has come too, to help you understand those messages and visions you have been having, but not always understanding or sometimes not even remembering, but you just know you had something important 'told' to you.  Thus Hawk medicine will help you clarify and remember all those messages and visions you've  been getting through Nature and your dreams and meditations. Especially those ones you can't seem to remember as Hawk brings the medicine of greater focus and the ability to focus on and remembering the details. 

Hawk, a bird of prey, will teach you, the meaning in the ordinary day occurrences you may have previously missed, because with Hawk Medicine all your senses, seeing, hearing and focus will become more acute. Hawk will teach you how to see the very best in life and how to balance life events so they work out for the best. She will teach that often something missed is not gone, but simply Nature giving you another chance to learn patience and then try again when the time is right and comes again. 

Hawk has four talons, which represents staying grounded, thus she is here to help you stay grounded and to learn to see when and where it is time to soar to new heights. With four talons and Hawks ability to grasp onto that which it intends to grab as they zoom in their focus on one thing, brings the medicine to you,  not only of a greater ability to see into the future but also that which is of importance right in front of you. 

In Native American tradition, Hawk is Earths' guardian thus she is here to teach you about your new role of guardianship, and how to stay alert and be prepared to connect and understand the energies of Mother Earth and those around you and how their energy effects everything around you and how you must then in turn react or not react. 

Take a walk in Nature and let Hawk come to you; sit with her a while and let Her wisdom come to you. If you cannot connect outside then be still, find a quiet place, light Sage or Palo Santo, and meditate and ask Hawk energy to come to you, and let her come. Sage and or Palo Santo will open and clear the energy of your space so the energy of Hawk and Creator can come through.

Do not fear the heights Hawk can take you to, let her show you how to fly, how to fly with ease above and around your Sacred Mountain, where you will see and learn things you've not learned or seen before. Let Hawk take you on the journey Creator intended for you at this time in your life and 'see' all that you are suppose to 'see'. 

Take this special time of you learning a new role in your journey...of what it is to be a guardian and then be patient as the lessons come, teachings of anything you thought you were not capable of, but Creator and Nature through Hawk are letting you know, you are.

Let Hawk take you on the journey of perspective, patience, seeing with greater accuracy of what's in front of you and how to navigate on the winds of your life and those winds of your life you are suppose to fly upon, not the winds of someone elses life. Have fun on your journey with Hawk, for she is one of Creators greatest teachers, healers and guardians, and she is here to share her wisdom with you. Look up, see far, 'see' Creator through Hawks vision and Give Thanks...
