Herbs and Things Horse of the Month

I had fun researching for the October horse of the month for Herbs and Things.
The most fun about the research is, I learned something I did not know.

The horse has come a long way since the 'Dawn Horse', and though there are many breeds of horses today, not many begin with 'O'. However, I did find one and it is rare.

So check out Herbs and Things web Oct 1st, and learn about this rare breed.

My mind is a whirlwind of things to do

I've been up since 3:30 AM. My mind a whirlwind of things I need to do. I need to work on my writing.
I must organized notes and lesson plans for a beginners writers workshop I'm teaching in Oct., so it is filled with learning ideas and exercises that will make the workshop fun.
The farm chores need doing, the gardens need fall tilling. The corn stalks and pumpkins are waiting to become decorations. On top of anything else that needs to be done, I've been instructed by my voice of inspiration to start my own little organic business.
My mind going all the time, Do I have enough merchandise. Well the shop do well. I need to get my sign done and up this weekend, so people know I'll be opening soon.

I quit my job to concentrate on all of the above and have to remind myself, I need to spend money to make money, I need to spend money to make money.
Am I stressing yet?
No.
I'm loving it.
Life is short. Make it an adventure. Love it when its up in the air. Reach for the stars and you might find heaven right here on earth.

I think I'm getting the hang of setting this blog site up, but as you can see, it is still in the construction stage.
