Medicine Helper & Messenger

Autumn



 It doesn't have to be a hard or mysterious to connect to Nature's Medicine Helpers and Messengers, just be there. Don't allow human timelines put on Nature take away the magic from what She is telling you.

Last week,  Grasshopper spoke of, it's happening fast. I wonder if in part it was speaking of the 'feeling' Autumn seems to be approaching before when we think she should, as the calendar we live our lives by, say no not yet, we have another month before Autumn is actually here. .

But Nature reminds you, She is always perfect in Her timing, and for reasons we don't understand She's decided to bring Medicine, Messages and energy of Autumn in August.

Is it for a short time to get our attention or will it carry over for a while? Either way She wants you to see and feel Autumn's energy now as, Autumn energy has a power like no other season and can speak to you 'out of season' with great presence, change, transformation and clarity of vision.

Autumn has an ability to help you change any lower energies you do not want. As Her cool air touches you, She helps you see what you want, and with it's swirling uplifting breezes, She helps you gather and see all the good from your endeavors over the past year and what to harvest and what 'seeds' from that harvest should be saved or maybe it's time for new seeds, for next year.

Autumn brings a carefree lighter energy, mixed with a lets get it done now, after the hot days of summer of less movement. With its lighter energy you have a better mind frame to assess what has transpired in your life sense the last Autumn Equinox with a regeneration of  your spiritual and physical being.

Autumn is a time of harvest and choosing what to sow, re-sow or let go of.  It shows you through the Trees shedding their leaves that maybe it's time for you to start shedding that which does not work, toss any worries you can do nothing about and focus on what's in your power to keep and what has worked from your labor. 

Go through your 'seed' pile, if your find something that just needs a bit more time, you can put that seed  aside and sow when the times is right. If you find 'seeds' that didn't work, maybe don't 'plant' them again, or study and see if it just needs to be planted differently, maybe it needs a different approach for it to grow to its potential or maybe just a different 'seed' type for your space is needed to grow. 

Autumn helps bring balance and harmony to your life, especially between the spiritual and the physical, and as the veil gets thinner it's easier to call on your Ancestors for guidance. They are ready and willing to help and want you to ask

Autumn energy opens the cycle of the year of the soul, or it could be just giving you a heads up, that winter is closer than you think. So, Nature it seems has opened that cycle or 'feeling' of either or both, to make you think ahead to your garden next year, or this winter coming. 

If it's opening the cycle of the year of the soul for you, do not be alarmed as you do a lot of soul searching and revisiting your past and your Ancestors. Or even if it's making you think about getting ready for winter, It is through these actions you will figure out what to keep and what to discard for the next season and what to do next.

Creator knows it's often not easy letting go of what you think you need, but the energy of Autumn will help you through it, shown by a Tree's willingness to let go of is leaves, knowing that after a rest, new growth will come. Don't worry, Creator is here so you don't have to do it alone.

There is special assistance from the Angels of Autumn and your Ancestors, as you connect and become aware of Nature and the energy of Autumn no matter when it chooses to come to you. It is a season where you will find the wisdom to choose, the protection of the highest Divine Source and the patience to move away from any negative that crosses your path.

Walk with Nature, don't look at the calendar to tell you what energy She is bringing. Allow your senses to guide you as Nature touches you in a way only Nature can and know with Nature and Creators guidance, your harvest will be perfect, even if it's not what you planned at first.

Let the cool breezes touch you, breathe in the presence of Autumn and you will know what to sow from this harvest or if it's time to try a new 'seed'. Feel comfort in that you will know it will be Divine and you will say, Ahhhh this is good, why did I fret.

You feel it...the transformation has begun, new joy, health and love opening for your access, if you choose it.

It seems a bit odd butterfly would come at this time of year, but then again Medicine Helpers and Messengers appear anytime, when the time is right. Remember Natures timing is perfect and Butterfly at this time, is floating in on its wings of beauty, speaking to your heart of love and light.

Messengers and Medicine Helpers can come in many ways, while meditating, watching TV, pictures in a magazine, when you are walking with Nature, through conversation you are having or even overhear. They'll reach you the best way for you to notice.

Butterfly brings the message that the lighter, freer feeling you have been feeling, means the transformation has begun.

Butterfly in general speaks of joy and transformation, but now it's bringing a message it's time to lighten up and stop being so serious about everything, especially that which you cannot control.

Butterfly will help you see what you can and cannot do about something more clearly. Like moving from flower to flower to find the nectar they need, they'll make you ask what do you want from this transformation? Do you want to change an old habit, a way of thinking, what's going on around you, your job, way of life, how to live life with more joy, or moving on to the next step of your journey but taking what you've learned with you and leaving the worries you no longer need behind.

It is in the flight of the butterfly you will be shown how to navigate this change in a whimsical, joyful way.

Butterfly often comes when there is a major change going on, and in today's world those changes seem to hit us every day, leaving us feeling we are in the middle of chaos all the time, stealing much joy.

Butterfly is here to help you restore some of that joy you feel you've lost, by helping you see the flowers you need, and not be caught in the winds that move them.
By focusing on the 'flowers' it will help ease some of those worries, as Butterfly will show you how to move through the cycles of ups and downs in a smooth unassuming way.

Butterfly 'medicine' will show you how to take any moment in your journey and collect the nectars or sweetness of life along the way and to push those things aside you cannot control so they will no longer be in the forefront of your mind.

In working with Butterfly Medicine, because there are so many species, they as a collective bring a general message of transformation, movement and joy. But what if a specific Butterfly comes to you? Know it is connecting with you on a specific level or area of your life.

Thus, it is important to not assume but be patient and allow yourself to connect on a deeper level to that species of Butterfly speaking or coming to you. This means you may have to do a little research on that specific butterfly.

Creator and Nature bring the message through Butterfly, it is an important time to connect and listen to what Butterfly is saying as well as feel the energy of what it is bringing to you. This will help you as this transformation in you as well as around you and the world amps up. Remember you are one of the Noah's of today.

When Butterfly comes, take special note of the species of Butterfly speaking to you, research that species, take note of its colors, where it lives, (marsh, meadow, mountains etc.) and or the flowers it likes best. Even the favorite flowers of this butterfly could be showing you a message or bringing a medicine to you as well. Take notice of it all.

Example: the well-known Monarch, speaks volumes just in its colors of black, orange and white, such as, connection to the Divine, protection, and easing worries. But learn more of what it 'speaks' of, if this is the Butterfly that chooses you.

Get a sense of how it makes you feel in your heart and soul, take time to learn about it. Learn about how and where it lives; it could be bringing a message of how and where to stay or move, represented with how it migrates 1000s of miles at a certain time of the year. This alone could indicate, you can survive the long journey you may be pondering, you are stronger than you think, or it could represent a great move coming, physically, spiritually, or emotionally. Or you may be that Monarch Butterfly that chooses to stay.

See how it's favorite flower the Milk Weed is speaking to you too. Such as it is necessary for the Monarch, in that by ingesting it, it makes itself taste bitter, so predators don't want to eat it, but yet it is poisonous to humans. Milk weed protects the Monarch, but is poisonous to you, so what does this say to you? Is it speaking that yes you are protected or something else? Search aspects of the flower to find out.

It's up to you to listen to what this messenger is saying to you because Butterfly is not only of the ancestors but comes with a very personal message just for you, on one or all levels of your being.

Such as other Butterflies could connect you to the Spirit of Nature, the colors of healing, or the angelic or fairy realm. Or they could be letting you know; the Ancestors are here with love and wisdom. You will feel in your heart and soul what realm Butterfly is steering your towards. Trust your intuition on this.

The message and 'medicine' could be as simple as showing you how to relax, enjoy your life and how to set aside the busyness, of your body, soul and mind and connect with Nature and Creator through Butterfly, where wisdom and peace will naturally follow.

Take a moment and connect with Butterfly however you can this time of the year. Do not assume which Butterfly will come, just close your eyes, and allow the Butterfly messenger and helper you need to float into your life. Allow it to take you where it lives, be it, meadow, mountain, tree, or marsh and learn the lessons from that area as well.

If you don't know the Butterfly that comes to you, take note of what it looks like, jot down all its features, colors, where it came to you, and how you feel, then study and learn about it and reap all the benefits and 'medicine' of love, joy, movement and great wisdom it offers you.

Remember it will not matter how much it brings. Even if you just spend time with Butterfly, any Butterfly and learn nothing else about it, that's ok, because whatever it brings, it without a doubt, will brighten up your day and open the doors for more messages of wisdom, light, joy and love and just simply make your day a whole lot better.
