Spend time in Nature.  Nature is the Messenger

of which through Her  Elements  of Earth, Air,

Wind & Fire,  you will hear Creator

'speaking' to you everyday!
I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station, through which God speaks to us every hour, if we will only tune in.

Elements of Nature

The world around us is ever changing; physically and spiritually and Creator plan it as such.

The elements of nature, Earth, Air, Wind and Fire, are the forces of Creator present in  your life every step of your path and every day of your life and it's time you take notice of His presence.

It's time for you to remember too, that always the Elements of Nature are active in your life, moving, shaping, cleansing, and lifting you, when and where it is needed.

Sometimes it's in a way you like, sometimes not so much. Either way it is what is and what is suppose to be at the time of movement, shaping, lifting or grounding of you on any given day, week, or hour.

These forces and rules of the Elements, Nature intuitively understands and knows to follow and this is because all in Nature know these forces are Creators critical forces that sustain life as well the forces connecting your physical body to that of the energies of Creator and that of the Ancestors before you.

Nature is here to let you know by listening, and following the rules of Natural Elements, that which creates balance between you and 'there', will aid you in the ability to understand, grow and have the life Creator intended just for you.

It's no coincidence you were born in the time frame of your power elements, or that you are drawn to certain elements more than others or even fear some elements more than others. Creator knew what you would be dong with your life and the 'Medicine' you would need..

It is from the elements, the voice of Creator, that you gather your knowledge and strength to do what it is you need to do for you and others.

It's time for you to listen to your internal source of knowledge, where you will learn about you and why you are here. Study what your ruling elements of Nature are and learn more about you and what Creator has put in you life.

Even though each Nature element is at work in your life every day, it is not by chance you were born with a power element at your helm that helps you move through the difficult spots or obstacles in your life unique to your life.

But you must study each element as they have their good and bad qualities, and also direct you in your life path. Study and learn better not only of your strengths, but that of your weaknesses as they are part of who you are, as weaknesses are not bad, as you need weakness to have strength, thus the balance you need in your life.

Creator wants you to accept and love your weaknesses as much as you do your strengths. It is with this acceptance you will then see the unique and magnificent person you are.

It is from the elements that you not only gather your strength but understand your weaknesses and how to accept and use your weaknesses as strength, because sometimes it's your weaknesses that keep you safe from your Strengths; a unique power Creator instilled in you.

Follow Natures rules and allow the elements to work with and in you and create a thing of beauty, and balance and move through life with more ease.

Nature 'speaks' to you everyday in some shape or form and one of those ways is through the elements and right now they need your attention.

So, take a moment to listen and feel.  Take a walk, or sit in Nature feel the Earth below your feet.
Earth will help you feel the basis of all the elements in your life.

Air is that of communication, listen to the Winds and how they make the trees talk, and know it is what connects you to all that is around you and in you.

Stand in the Waters and know this is what shapes and moves and shows you the secret of your soul.

Face the warmth of fire as a sunflower faces the Sun. The Sun being the ultimate power of fire and be illuminated and let the Suns power lift you up, and help you realize the energy of you and as well as that of Nature.

Put them all together, Nature, Earth, Air, Water and Fire and it is then you realize the power of Creator and that you have this power IN YOU, every day, in every situation. Use it.Trust it.

Many Blessings and Love from Nature and Creator

Spring is getting into full swing and as it does, so do the commercials for using weed killer to kill those darn old dandelions.

STOP THERE...if you think dandelions are a pesky weed...think again...dandelions are a gift from nature! Dandelions are food for you, bees and other animals and pollinators. Dandelions are actually GOOD for you and your lawn...

For the lawn, their wide-spreading roots loosen hard-packed soil, aerate the earth and help reduce erosion. Their deep taproot pulls nutrients such as calcium from deep in the soil and makes them available to other plants. Dandelions actually fertilize the grass and if you look close they really are beautiful and bring cheer and sun into your life. Ironically those little yellow wonders so many try to kill are one the most expensive things to buy in the market or whole food store.

Health wise, beyond making great wine...they can provide many health benefits at little cost to you. Dandelions can help you clear your sluggish system from winter woes and provide calcium and vitamin K to help with bone loss. They also contain iron and magnesium and small amounts of B & E vitamins. They can be eaten or made into a tea and all parts can be used, roots, leaves and flowers.

So if you have them in your yard take advantage of what Nature offers you. Dandelion flowers make a nice soft tea. You can dry them by wilting, in the sun or using a dehydrator. You have to be careful not to over dry with the dehydrator. Do some research and find out all the things you can do with dandelion roots (stronger tea) flowers, and leaves, such as soups, tinctures, winter syrups for health, salads and more. Time to see and let others know of the 'gold'mine in your yard(s)

NOTE: As always, check to make sure of any herbs side effects and drug interactions before you consume them. Natural does not always mean good for YOU.
